•All large dogs have individual dens with heated ceramic floors, to avoid cold paws, and access to their own outdoor run which they will visit at least 6 times per day

•Your dog will also get to enjoy our reception area which has been converted into a play area with beds, toys and padded floor. Throughout the day dogs spend time here relaxing, getting extra attention and play time with us.

• Soothing music plays throughout the interior of the centrally heated and air conditioned facility

•An indoor pet lounge with padded floors is a great alternative to the outdoors for the smaller dogs when the temperatures are extreme

•Small dogs are housed in the same facility but in a separate area from the larger dogs to eliminate fear and intimidation

•A large secure fenced area is available for playtime

•All areas are cleansed with hospital grade disinfectants routinely during the day

•Puppies, who receive extra attention, must be at least 12 weeks old and have had their first shots administered to be able to stay with us

•Dogs must be spayed or neutered. However, after meeting your dog and assessing their character, an exception can be made

•Dogs that are not spayed or neutered will not be allowed to participate in group activities.

•Bordatella (kennel cough) treatment must be given at least 10 days before check-in

• Being located in the country, we require that all dogs boarding with us have
the leptospirosis vaccine.

•Due to the danger of choking, rawhide chews are not allowed
