Things To Know Before You Arrive

Dietary and Special Needs
  1. •Please ensure that you supply an adequate amount of food for your pets stay in a sealed bag with their name on it and feeding instructions
  2. •If we run out, we will supply your pet with Natures Variety, the quality food we carry and it will be added to your bill upon checkout.
  3. •Pets are fed twice daily unless other instructions are given
  4. •If your pet has a special diet/need we will be more than happy to see that it is maintained
  5. •We supply hygienic stainless steel bowls that are washed after every meal. Water bowls of the same quality, are filled regularly and cleaned daily.
  6. •Because of the unfamiliar surroundings sometimes pets will not eat for the first day or two. Rest assured that we will do all we can to make sure your pet eats, even if it means feeding by hand (which I have to do sometimes with my 6 year old puppy Harley)
  7. •Should your pet require basic medication to be administered during their stay, we will gladly comply, according to your instructions at no extra charge. Please supply an adequate amount of medication for the duration of the stay.
  8. •If your pet requires veterinary attention during its stay and conditions permit, we will transport them to the veterinarian whose information you have supplied. If not we will use the service of our local vet or the 24 hour clinic. A receipt for veterinary services and transport expenses will be provided for reimbursement upon check-out
  9. •It is crucial that you inform us upon check-in of any medical issues that your pet may have (epilepsy, hyper ventilation, heart or thyroid condition, etc.) to ensure that extra measures are taken for their well being
  10. •Rest assured that there is always a staff member on the premises that has successfully completed the pet first aid course
  11. •We encourage that you bring something familiar to make your pet more comfortable. Due to all the excitement, we cannot guarantee that it will make it home in the same condition. Stuffed toys and stuffed beds are not recommended. Please have all belongings marked with your pets name.
 
Other Information
  1. •A two-day deposit is required upon reservation.
  2. •If the reservation is for more than two weeks a 50% deposit is required
  3. •Balance is due in full upon check-in
  4. •Check-out is by 12:00 noon  
  5. •Late check-out between 12:00 noon and 6:00 PM $9 for dogs $5 for cats
  6. •After 6:00 PM, another day’s boarding rate will apply
  7. •Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM
  8. •ZZZ time (12 noon - 2 PM) Although playtime is important for your pet, so is rest time. Please respect the pets ZZZ time, and visit the facility outside these hours if possible.
  9. •Deposits are non refundable if cancelled less then 14 days before scheduled arrival
  10. •There are no refunds for checkout before scheduled date
  11. •All prices are plus applicable taxes
  12. •All prices are in effect as of June 1st, 2007
